She sat up, moving her neck from side to side and wincing as she did so. Then she reached for the phone at her beside table. She typed a quick text message to Darlene asking if they could meet in half an hour, then got out of bed and showered quickly before getting dressed in some fitted blue jeans that accentuated her hips perfectly with a cute blouse and jacket combo. With no time left over after doing all that, she just let her hair down straight instead of trying any fancy styles or anything like that. It was going to be hard enough convincing Darlene not to back out of this deal without also making herself look bad by being late too! Once ready though, Heather slipped on some high heels – because why not? – grabbed the keys for both apartments off into key rack near the door and headed outside towards where Darlene lived
